Ages 5-7 l 8-10

Beginner Class provides the beginner student the opportunity to enhance his fitness level by participation in a variety of creative and entertaining fitness activities. The program emphasis is on skill awareness in all the Olympic events. The boys are introduced to skills on the rings, parallel bars, pommel horse, high bar, vaulting, tumbling, floor exercise, and trampoline.
